well, its my 25th birthday today! yea, 1/3 of my life had passed, and within weeks, i'll graduate from sch, and in 3 months time, my story will start on a new page, marching towards career life! i'm never a great fan of birthdays celebration, did the usual thing, which i do every year, yep, another 10km run as i embrace the day of birth.
as copied from the language of jasmine, baboon = term for good friends when they are irritating. so wanna blog about some baboons today, who says that i'm fuck-up! roar! but thanks for the run, rebooted my mind a little, nah, these baboons meant well for me, just wanna let them know, a lot of the things i do, is to meant well for everybody too, at least in my own opinion.
haha, shall start the day with a good run, follow by game of DOTA! met little peak siah at the fitness corner of hall 4, and surprisingly, she's the first to send me well wishes for the day, and i got a nice Pocky from her. thanks for your present! wahahaha, i owned the DOTA game with faceless void! wat a good start for the day!
took a random snap off an ah tiong's laptop, nice post-it for self encouragement! i should have one for myself too!
i'm getting real excited as the days get closer to graduation, can't wait to fight it out in the real world out there, i've been preparing myself hard all these while for my career life! this time round, its a damn real thing, getting employed with PSA, quite a nice pay, did some maths for the real money coming in, making plans for owning a vehicle, going for trips, really getting me anticipating for the time of financial independency!
putting money aside, i'm entering the next stage of adulthood, yes, working life! haha, like many said, work life sucks! i think so too, but just let me savour the first few months of a non-student life! been stuck in that for 16 years, its really stiffling me!
what would i be like in the future? a keyman at the port, getting the containers stacked fast and nicely, like i always does in Bejewel Blitz, thus advancing in career towards a terminal manager in 20 years time, or would i be a coffeeshop tycoon, turned politician, setting policies and directions for the young citizens of singapore? wahahah! i dunno! just like the new wireless mouse that i recently bought, no strings attach, i do what i deem fit!
